J leads Sisko’s planning and execution systems—bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex builds. He bridges owner goals with real-world construction constraints by translating scope into clean documentation, clear sequencing, and trackable deliverables. From early feasibility through closeout, J focuses on aligning teams, protecting intent, and building confidence in cost, schedule, and compliance. He is especially effective where projects involve regulated environments, specialized systems, and multiple stakeholders who need decisions made quickly and communicated clearly.
Jeff Sisk
Jeff brings over 40 years of Minnesota construction experience and field-tested judgment to every project Sisko touches. He has deep local market knowledge—how work actually gets built here, which partners perform, and where projects commonly go sideways. Jeff’s focus is straightforward: keep the plan practical, the scope honest, and the execution clean. He helps owners and teams make better decisions early, then ensures those decisions hold up when construction gets real—protecting schedule, quality, and long-term performance.
